Mike is responsible for leading the development and commercialization of equipment embedded analytics that extend the company’s spatial intelligence into real-world machine applications. He works closely with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and automation partners to integrate Agerpoint’s platform with autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.
Over the past three decades, Mike’s work has focused on pioneering technology that addresses agricultural field challenges, including GPS-based auto-steering, variable-rate application, yield monitoring, and many others. His career has been defined by a commitment to strengthening the industry through collaboration and the cross pollination of ideas. Notably, he served two terms on the U.S. FCC's Precision Agriculture Connectivity Task Force advising federal leadership on industry technology needs.
Mike lives in Slough House, California, and holds an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Golden Gate University. He spends his free time enjoying the outdoors activities with his wife and daughter, who are fifth and sixth generation California beef cattle ranchers.
