Computation

Hemanth leads computation engineering at Agerpoint, responsible for the development of algorithms to extract measurements from 3D point cloud models of different vegetation scans.

Before Agerpoint, Hemanth was heavily involved in the development of Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensors as well as processing data from LiDAR sensors. He also worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers to map coastal waters using bathymetric surveys.

Hemanth has a Master of Sciences degree from Mississippi State University with a specialization in remote sensing and pattern classification.
